95瓷湿式电除尘器防露防腐绝缘拉棒吊杆

湿电除尘专用防露/防腐型绝缘吊挂瓷瓶，严格按照JB/T5909标准制造，用于电除尘器框架起吊挂绝缘作用，吊挂瓷瓶适用于工作温度不超过500℃、额定工作电压直流72KV～100KV，此件抗拉负荷小于100Kn，瓷棒允许摆动角度±小于4.5°，4组碟簧最大调节压力20Kn，上下金属件采用2205双相不锈钢，电热塞工作电压36V，额定功率300W，当电热塞工作时，应能使此件表面温度保持在200℃左右，加热赛引线采用200℃以上耐高温电线，满足耐高温电线产品执行标准:Q/HHTZH004.1，保持加热赛24小时开启状态，绝缘吊挂瓷瓶使用效果更加，安装地点海拔高度不超过1000米的工作条件下使用。
使用各种瓷瓶绝缘子产品时必须安装平整受力均匀，运行设备前先给瓷瓶及安装位置加热烘干12-24小时左右（保证瓷瓶及安装位置清洁干燥，不能有油污等潮湿现象，检查电压是否符合要求）才能运行设备），突然升温降温会导致温差引起瓷瓶炸裂。

The special dew proof/anti-corrosion insulated suspension porcelain bottle for wet electrostatic precipitator is manufactured in strict accordance with JB/T5909 standards, and is used for lifting and insulating the electrostatic precipitator frame. The suspension porcelain bottle is suitable for working temperatures not exceeding 500 ℃, rated working voltage DC 72KV to 100KV, tensile load of this piece is less than 100Kn, allowable swing angle of the porcelain rod is ± less than 4.5 °, and the maximum regulating pressure of four sets of disc springs is 20Kn. The upper and lower metal parts are made of 2205 duplex stainless steel, The working voltage of the glow plug is 36V, and the rated power is 300W. When the glow plug is working, it should be able to maintain the surface temperature of the piece at about 200 ℃. The heating plug lead wire uses high-temperature resistant wires above 200 ℃, which meets the executive standard for high-temperature resistant wire products: Q/HHTZH004.1. Keep the heating plug open for 24 hours, making the use of insulated hanging porcelain bottles more effective. The installation site is used under working conditions with an altitude of no more than 1000 meters.
When using various porcelain insulator products, it is necessary to install them smoothly and evenly under uniform stress. Before operating the equipment, heat and dry the porcelain bottle and installation location for about 12-24 hours (ensure that the porcelain bottle and installation location are clean and dry, free of moisture such as oil stains, and check whether the voltage meets the requirements) before operating the equipment. Sudden temperature rise and drop can cause the porcelain bottle to explode due to temperature differences.
